I'm Li Ling — a product & project manager and UI/UX designer. I translate user research into roadmaps, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ship real products, from AI accessibility tools to marketplace apps on Google Play.
Led product development for a P2P hyperlocal marketplace — competitor analysis against Carousell and Karrot, core features built around discovery and trust, and the Android release coordinated via Google Play Console.
Designed UX flows for an AI accessibility assistant for visually impaired users, aligned with regulatory and usability requirements.
Applied data modelling techniques to surface root causes of health disparity patterns and support evidence-based recommendations.
Redesigned the website for a Singapore-based tuition centre from a client brief — communicating student success stories and teaching philosophy to improve reach without paid marketing. Handed off to engineering for development.

Meet Mo, my British Shorthair and loyal companion of the past three years. He's extremely cute and affectionate — at least when he's feeling generous, or there are treats involved. During my quieter days in Bangkok, he's the one who made the apartment feel a lot less lonely. He's also whip-smart and has a couple of tricks up his sleeve.
